Operating within the strategic landscape of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, JBI is actively contributing to the development of a more connected and efficient cross-border ecosystem. Our focus remains on enhancing practical trade facilitation and logistics support through ferry terminal operations, coastal and barter trade activities, ship-to-ship services, bonded warehousing, and the integration of digital infrastructure.
Throughout the year, we have placed strong emphasis on operational discipline, process improvement and service reliability. The Group continues to refine its systems and workflows to ensure higher efficiency, better turnaround time and improved customer experience. At the same time, we are progressively embracing digitalisation to enhance visibility, coordination and decision-making across our operational network.
